When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sivamani, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after Chennai Metropolitan Development P.N. PRAKASH, J.
Gms Authority had rejected the application of the petitioner, a fresh application was submitted by the petitioner and necessary approval has been granted.
2. In view of the above, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
