Heard Mr. AS Supehia, learned counsel for the petitioner. It is indicated that the petitioner is removed from service by way of major punishment vide order dated 13 th November, 1995, Ann.'E' to the petition. Charge-sheet was issued on 16th August, 1993. It is agitated that documents, based on which the charge was framed, were not supplied to the petitioner along with the charge-sheet. It is further agitated that even before the inquiry officer, this was agitated, but, without supplying the copies of the documents based on which the inquiry was initiated, inquiry was conducted.
