Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that investigatoin of case crme No. 179 of 2012 under sections 419, 420, 467 IPC, P.S. Kaiser Bagh, District Lucknow be transferred to other investigating agency and to provide adequate security to the petitioner.
Considering the submission made by learned A.G.A. that in the present case investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been submitted before the court concerned. The direction for transferring the investigation to other investigating agency may not be issued. So far as threat perception is concerned, the S.S.P. Lucknow has already been directed to provide adequate security/ protection to the petitioner vide order dated 18.10.2012, the same shall be continued till his statement is not recorded by the trial court.
With this observation, this petition is disposed of.
