This contempt case is filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.2.2014.
Today, this Court disposed of W.P.M.P.No. 13617 of 2014 in W.P.No. 534 of 2014 with the following directions, In view of the fact that the writ petitioner has been under suspension continuously for a long period from 2.1.2014 onwards, it is not desirable to continue the suspension of the writ petitioner any more, particularly even after the directions of this Court to complete the enquiry within four weeks, which period expired by 20.3.2014 and passage of another one month thereafter. The suspension of the writ petitioner shall, therefore, stand revoked with effect from the date of this order. The respondents 3 and 4 are, however, granted time upto 30th June, 2014 to complete the enquiry and pass final orders.
In view of the aforesaid order, nothing further survives for consideration in this contempt case, which is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
