Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent nos.1 and 2; Sri Gireesh Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no.3; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 3.12.2016 registered as Case Crime No.0307 of 2016, under Sections 419, 420 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Obra, District Sonbhadra.
As the matter related to the year 2016, we required the learned A.G.A. to seek instructions as regards status of the investigation.
Learned A.G.A. has informed the Court that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners.
In view of the above, Sri Rahul Sahai, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate jurisdiction.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
