JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous as already four months time has been granted to dispose of the case in C.C.No.5 of 2015.
T.MATHIVANAN, J., ssn 2. Insofar as the case in C.C.Nos.6 and 7 are concerned, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the same within the same time stipulated in C.C.No.5 of 2015, without loss of further time.
