Heard Sri Utkarsh Singh, learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant in the present case has alleged the violation of the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 40118 of 2018. The relevant portion of the order is extracted herein-below:
"3. In view of such statement, no cause survives that may require adjudication in the present proceedings.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in light of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-bank, at this stage."
It is evident from the order of this Court extracted above that there is no direction passed by this Court and as such there is no contempt of the order passed by this Court. Thus, the contempt application is misconceived and is, accordingly, rejected.
