ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 20-4-2009 in I.A.No.1018 of 2008 in O.S.No.1502 of 2007 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-
XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendra Nagar.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for a yet another adjournment.
A perusal of the proceedings sheet shows that the case was adjourned at least on eleven occasions either at the request of the Counsel for the petitioners or due to his absence. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant further adjournment. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, interim order dated 6-1-2010 is vacated and CRPMP Nos.110 of 2010 and 2623 of 2011 are disposed of as infructuous.
