The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to give a direction to the court below to expedite the S.T. No. 1361 of 2010 arising out of Case Crime No. 107 of 2010, under Sections 302, 307 IPC, Police Station B.B. Nagar, District- Bulandshahr, pending in the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge (Court No. 12), Bulandshahr.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2010, I hereby direct to the court below to gear up the matter and make necessary endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of the order after adhering to the provision of law u/s 309 Cr.P.C..
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
