Heard Sri S.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the N.C.R. dated 4.5.2019 being N.C.R. No. 82 of 2019 under section 498 I.P.C., police station Kwarsi, District Aligarh.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present N.C.R. has been registered against petitioner no. 2 which was lodged by respondent no. 4-father of petitioner no. 1 on the ground that petitioner no. 2 has enticed away petitioner no. 1, who is already a married women. The same is liable to be quashed.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the offence in question is bailable one.
As the offence is bailable one, the petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
