Case is called out in the revised list, yet no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the instant writ petition.
Vide order dated 5.9.2018, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court within a week. Office report dated 28.5.2019 indicates that the directed amount of Rs.25,000/- has not been deposited till date.
I have gone through the averments made in the writ petition and there is nothing to suggest or indicate that the corpus is under any illegal detention or captivity of private respondents.
The present habeas corpus writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
