Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Birendra Pratap Singh learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The sole prayer which is addressed on this petition is for the respondent being commanded to pay honorarium of the petitioner which is alleged to be due since April 2013.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the prayer as noted above shall be duly examined in accordance with law and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
