1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Admittedly, against the impugned order passed by the Appellate Authority, the petitioner has statutory remedy of revision before the State Government.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is not maintainable in the face of existing alternative remedy.
4. However, it is provided that in the event, the petitioner files a proper revision application along with the stay application before the State Government, same may be heard and decided, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of its institution. Also, it is expected that the stay application that may be filed accompanying such revision, may be dealt with and decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of its filing and consequential actions for demolition may be taken in accordance there of.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition is disposed of.
