THESE PETITIONS COMING ON FOR HEARING THIS DAY, RAVI MALIMATH J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER An affidavit is filed by the Managing Trustee of the first respondent and Chairman of the second petitioner. It is stated therein that the present writ petitions are pertaining to the allotment of seats under Right to Education quota for the academic year 2015-16 and due to efflux of time, the writ petitions have become infructuous.
2. Notwithstanding the same, the Management have filed an affidavit to express their apology and regret the inconvenience being caused to anyone with regard to allotment of seats for the academic year 2015-16. It is further stated that the Management undertakes to comply with the provisions of Right to Education Act and the Rules made there under as well as the Government Orders from time to time.
3. In view of the said affidavit, the writ petitions are disposed off.
