Sri N.K. Tiwari has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Petitioner's claim, for payment of compensation amount on accidental death of her husband, appears to be engaging attention of respondent no. 2, who is yet to take a decision and hence this petition.
Sri N.K. Tiwari, appearing for respondents states that a final decision regarding claim of the petitioner will be taken by the competent authority keeping in view the circular issued by the Board on 07.11.2017.
In that view of the matter, this petition is disposed of requiring the third respondent to take appropriate decision upon petitioner's claim for payment of compensation within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him.
It is made clear that this Court has not examined the petitioner's claim on merit and all the issues are left open for the respondent to adjudicate.
