Heard Mr.B.M.Mangukiya, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State.
Mr.B.M.Mangukiya, learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the purpose of filing this application is to see that the concerned Investigating Officer remains present with relevant investigation papers.
Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State submits that he shall keep present the concerned Investigating Police Officer with relevant papers in the main matter being Criminal Misc. Application No.4925 of 2010.
Accordingly, in view of the above statement made by Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State, the object of this application, as submitted by Mr.B.M.Mangukiya, learned advocate for the applicant is complied with. The instant application, therefore, stands disposed of accordingly.
The main matter being Criminal Misc. Application No.4925 of 2010 shall be listed on 26th March,2012 and on that day, the concerned Investigating Officer shall remain present along with investigation papers.
