Shastri says that he knows that this matter is of 1998 and it shall have to proceed under any circumstances. However he is actually engaged in another Court and arguing matter and, therefore, some accommodation is requested. At his request matter is kept on 6/7/2012. No further time shall be granted and if on the next date parties are not available, then also Court may decide the matter on merits and pass appropriate order.
