1. Considering the fact that learned Advocate then appearing for respondent No.1 has been designated as Senior Advocate and he is at present Additional Solicitor General of India and he can no more represent respondent No.1 as Advocate on Record and this Court considering the above fact had passed the following order on 23.3.2012 :
"
NOTICE to respondent No.1 returnable on 9.4.2012".
2. As the notice was not served on 9.4.2012 this Court passed the following order :
"Await of service".
3. Version in the Office Note is to the effect that learned Advocate Mr. Harin Raval had filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.1 on 4.10.1995. This note is made without considering the above aspect. It further transpires from the record that the notice issued by this Court vide order dated 23.3.2012 is already served. The office is therefore directed to re-examine the matter and place the matter for final hearing.
