JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present Civil Revision Application under section 29(2) of the Bombay Rent Act has been preferred by the applicants herein - original defendants.
2. Today when the present Civil Revision Application is taken up for final hearing, Mr.Mehul Shah, learned advocate appearing for Mr.M.C.Shah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, has stated at the bar that due to subsequent development, the present Civil Revision Application has become infructuous and that is why though served, nobody appears on behalf of applicant No.1/1.
3. Under the circumstances, without further entering into the merits of the case and on the aforesaid ground only, the present Civil Revision Application is dismissed as having become infructuous as per aforesaid statement recorded by Mr.Mehul Shah, learned advocate appearing for Mr.M.C.Shah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of contesting respondent. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith. No costs.
