Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed seeking direction to the A.C.J.M., Chhibramau, Kannauj to pass further order in pursuant to report dated 28.08.2017 submitted in Case No. 638 of 2010 (State Vs. Vinod Kumar and others).
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the police had submitted a final report qua the applicant, however, earlier, by mistake NBW has been issued against the applicant, which was later withdrawn on 24.06.2017. However, the matter is still pending with the learned Court below and the applicant is unduly being harassed on account of the pendency of the proceedings.
In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with the direction to the learned Court below to pass orders in the pending proceedings, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
