This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent concerned for safety and security of the petitioner during his judicial custody in District Jail Ballia.
The petitioner has serious apprehensions as regards his personal security / safety for which his wife has already made a representation before the S.P., Ballia on 21.09.2019.
We have no doubt as informed by Sri A.N. Mulla, the learned A.G.A. that every Jail and District Courts is now connected through video conferencing facility. Nevertheless, representation made to the S.P. concerned, shall be considered and disposed off as expeditiously as possible.
