The grievance of the petitioner is that Inspector Kotwali Karvi, District Chitrakoot is unnecessarily interfering in the possession and use of shop No.195, Shankar Ganj, Karvi, District Chitrakoot, which belongs to the petitioner.
If that is so, the petitioner may make a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Chitrakoot in respect of his grievance. It is expected that if any such representation is made, the Superintendent of Police, Chitrakoot shall call for report from the concerned Inspector and shall pass a reasoned order after hearing both sides, preferably, within eight weeks from the date of filing of such representation. The petition is disposed off.
