By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has,inter alia, sought following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 29.12.2011 passed by respondent no. 2(annexure no.1) which is absolutely illegal and arbitrary manner beside in the representation dated 19.11.2011 of the petitioner as per the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 1.11.2011."
We have heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above relief. No interference, therefore, is called for.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
