Aggrieved by the fact that the mutation case is pending since 2013, the instant writ petition has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under Rule 34(7) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016, the Tehsildar had to decide the mutation case in a maximum period of 90 days.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.865/T- 201617650103186 of 2013 (Smt. Kulpati Devi Vs. Kali Prasad) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
