Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gorakhpur to decide Civil Suit No. 571 of 2014 (Katyayni Chanda Mishra Ali Vs. Shakuntala Devi and others) within a stipulated period.
At this stage, petitioner has confined his relief for a suitable direction to Court below to decide 6C application of the petitioner, which is pending since 2014.
Considering the facts of the case, without issuing notice to the private respondents, the petition is disposed of with direction to the court below to decide 6C application expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of the order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
