Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 13.04.2016 passed in Writ-B No.16804 of 2016 (Jaggu (Deceased) and others v. Consolidation Officer & Ors.). For ready reference the order dated 13.04.2016 is quoted as under:-
"The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent no.1 may proceed with the matter and decide the said case without allowing unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment in the same or no interim order is operating against the disposal of the same."
The Court has proceeded to peruse the record in question and finds no reason or occasion calling upon any proceeding under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. However, it is always open for the applicant to move an application before appropriate court for expeditious disposal of the proceeding.
With these observations, the contempt application is disposed of.
