JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent, not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently the same has been closed and the petitioners' appearance is not at all required by the respondent Police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioners.
5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
