This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to add her and her husband Velayatham as victim/witness in Crime No.31/2016
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner along with her husband gave complaint against the accused for the offence under Section 420 IPC., for running unauthorised chit. Apart from that the petitioner is also one of the life time members of the chit and who have given complaint against the accused. The petitioner's husband one Velayutham is also victim in the crime but he has not been included in the witness list and hence the present petition.
3. Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police added the petitioner and her husband as witnesses and their statement will be recorded by the respondent police.
4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner's husband, namely, Velayutham is directed to cooperate with the second respondent in the investigation.
