1. Two writ petitions filed by one Sri Atal Bihari Chaturvedi and the other by Kast Bihari Chaturvedi being Writ Petition Nos.5066(SS) of 2009 and 5590 (SS) of 2009 respectively were allowed and order dated 29.06.2019 in case of the present petitioner by the District Basic Education Officer, Gonda was quashed.
2. This contempt petition has been filed for alleged violation/wilful disobedience of the aforesaid judgment and order dated 31.05.2013 passed by the writ court in the aforesaid writ petitions.
3. Pursuant to the notice issued in the present contempt petition, an affidavit of compliance of Mr.Mani Ram Singh, District Basic Education Officer, Gonda has been filed.
Along with the aforesaid affidavit, a copy of order dated 19.08.2019 has been placed on record as Annexure-1. From perusal of the aforesaid order, it appears that the order terminating the petitioner's service has been cancelled.
4. Sri G.C. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been reinstated in the service in pursuance of the order dated 19.08.2019 but the payment has not been made.
5. The order has been passed only on 19.08.2019 and this Court hopes that the petitioner's dues, if any which are due and payable in accordance with law shall be paid within a period of two months.
6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition is disposed of.
