This Court, by an interim order dated 21.09.2016 in W.M.P.No.28501 of 2016 in W.P.No.32983 of 2016, has directed the respondents to pay the salary prospectively to one Tmt..Bharathi, who is appointed in the petitioner-School, as Record Clerk, subject to the result of the writ petition.
2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondents, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
