Sri Vineet Pandey, the learned C.S.C.-IV, states that the competent authority to redress the grievance of the petitioner is Commissioner, Awas Evam Vikash Parishad, U.P.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Commissioner concerned as one of the respondents, during the course of the day.
Heard Sri Anand Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pandey for respondent no. 5 and the learned standing counsel.
The grievance of the petitioner is to ensure compliance of the directions under "Atmanirbhar Bharat Scheme" dated 13.5.2020 in respect of the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel states that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending and the same be disposed off by giving appropriate direction to the respondent concerned.
This writ petition is disposed off with the direction that in the event the petitioner approaches respondent no. 5 along with an appropriate application and a copy of this order, the competent authority shall decide the claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 2 months from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with law.
