The petitioner, based on Ext.P1 Settlement Deed, approached the Revenue officials for effecting mutation. Ext.P2 is the application. It is on account of non consideration of Ext.P2, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2. In view of Ext.P2 application, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 and to take appropriate decision in the matter within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
