JUDGMENT / ORDER

Following order was passed on 27.10.2016:
"Submission is that the session itself is running late, and thus grant of recognition for the Session 2017-2018 would in fact be effective from the Session 2018-2019. It is stated that petitioner has already arranged necessary infrastructure and teaching staff, which would all be wasted. Petitioner had applied for grant of recognition in the year 2015 itself. It is also stated that petitioner otherwise fulfills requirement for grant of recognition for 100 seats, whereas only 50 seats have been allowed.
Sri Ravi Agrawal, who appears for respondent no.2, may obtain specific instructions in this regard.
Put up as fresh on 10th November, 2016."
Learned counsel for the respondent has placed the inspection report dated 15.02.2016, according to which, built up area of petitioner institution is 1512 sq.meters. It is stated in terms of regulations framed with such constructed area only one unit would be permissible, and other defects have also been pointed out.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a short adjournment to clarify this aspect of the matter.
