Learned advocate for the petitioners has placed reliance on definition of Section 2(c) and Section 22 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of The State of Gujarat v. Chaturbhuj Maganlal [1976 Cri.L.J. 1367].
