Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and perused the record.
The corpus is grown up man aged about 70 years. This petition has been filed by his wife claiming that in the year 2007 her husband Kashiram came in touch with respondent no. 4, who is Lekhpal and an unscrupulous person and he has kept her husband under illegal detention since 2007, except making bald and vague allegation that the corpus is being detained illegally by respondent no. 4 there is no specific averments in the writ petition as to how and where the corpus is being detained by respondent no. 4.
The instant writ petition is wholly misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed Order Date :- 26.2.2019 Dhirendra/
