Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.4-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phulpur, Allahabad for expedite the disposal of the case no. 417 of 2014 Mauza Ustadpur, Pargana Jhunsi, Tehsil Phulpur, District Allahabad within stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that a suit under Section 229 B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act was filed in the year 2014 but till date, evidence between the parties has not been concluded.
Under these circumstances,respondent no.4-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phulpur, Allahabad is directed to look into the matter and expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same by fixing short dates without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The said exercise should be completed within 9 months from the date of production of production of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
