Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Looking to the allegations in the First Information Report and the fact that the petitioners have been implicated in the Gangster Act, this Court found no good case for interference.
It is lastly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners undertake to surrender before the court concerned and their application may be considered in expeditious manner.
Looking to the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it is observed that in case the petitioners surrender and apply for bail before the court concerned their bail application shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
This writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
