Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Case No. 3506 of 2016, State v. Muzaffar Alam, arising out of Case Crime No. 416 of 2014, under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 506 IPC, P.S. Khorabar, District Gorakhpur pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of aforesaid case.
In view of the above, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order looking to its own roaster and other expedited trials under the order of this Court issued from time to time.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
