Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondents.
The petitioner is seeking quashing of the order dated 29.12.2017 whereby her election petition has been dismissed. Against this order the petitioner has an alternative remedy by filing revision under Section 12-C (6) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947.
This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
