Sri Nirbhay Singh, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the Application, as he proposes to move an appropriate Application for modification of order dated 18.01.2020 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No.785 of 2020 to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail till the completion of the trial in the light of the judgment of Supreme Court in case of Sushila Agarwal and others Vs. State (NCT of Delhi) and another; (2020) 5 SCC 1.
Application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
