This criminal appeal has been filed by Kashi Ram under section 372 Cr.P.C. against the judgement and order dated 20.09.2013 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Lakhimpur Kheri in S.T. No. 317 of 2010 whereby the accused respondents have been acquitted for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 304-B, 302 IPC and section 4 D.P. Act. Against the impugned judgement Government Appeal has been filed, the same has been connected with this appeal in which the application for leave has been granted and appeal has been admitted and the bailable warrants have been issued against the accused respondents, therefore, this appeal is also admitted and connected with this Government Appeal. There is no need to issue fresh bailable warrants against the accused respondents.
