Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.3 and 4 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 15.11.2018 filed u/s 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in respect of Arazi No.3 situated at Mauza Dhol Dhamakaka,Pargana Barah, Tehsil Sakaldeeha, District Chandauli within stipulated period of time."
It has been stated that an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 stated to be pending since November 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 and 4 to endeavour to decide the application of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
