Prima facie, I do not see that there is any violation of the orders of this Court in WP.No.6254 of 2014 dated 26.03.2014. Even according to the petitioners also the claim of the third respondent, with respect to eviction, is stated to be only oral statement and even according to the affidavit filed by the petitioners in the contempt case, there is nothing to indicate any steps taken by the third respondent to evict the petitioners. In view of that, I do not see any reason to entertain the contempt case.
The contempt case, accordingly, is dismissed. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
