There is no error apparent on the face of record to review the order dated 08 December, 2010 in C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)No.79 of 2009. None of the grounds taken by the petitioner would satisfy the ingredients of Order 47 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
