This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a criminal case against the accused persons on the basis of the complaint dated 30.04.2017 made by the petitioner for which a receipt in CSR No.203 of 2017 has been issued by the respondent police.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that after filing the complaint, the petitioner is not cooperating with the respondent police for enquiry.
3. In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on 15.06.2017 for enquiry. On such appearance, necessary enquiry be conducted by the respondent on that day and if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent shall proceed with registering the case against the accused persons.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
