JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
In pursuance of the order passed by this Court, D.I.G., Lucknow appeared in person.
An affidavit has filed is taken on record. It has been stated that Karunesh Chandra has been arrested by the police in case Crime No. 386/2010 under Section 420/406/506 Indian Penal Code registered at P.S. Gazipur Janpat, Lucknow. Submissions is that he detained in crime case in pursuance of FIR was lodged.
Keeping the affidavit and statement, without prejudice to the right available under the law no further proceedings is required in the matter. Writ petition is dismissed.
