2. When the matters were taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint lodged by one Nirosha, for which, the presence of the petitioner is required.
3. In view of the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent in Crl.OP.No.3436 of 2017 for enquiry. Accordingly, Crl.OP.No.3436 of 2017 is disposed of. Consequently, Crl.OP. No.3437 of 2017 is closed.
