The challenge in the writ petition is against the disposal of Ext.P5 appeal. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that the appeal itself has been disposed of. In such circumstance, the writ petition would stand dismissed as infructuous leaving open the contentions of either parties if the appellate order has been challenged. Sd/-
