Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
It is contended that co-accused Ramvir having similar role has already been granted bail. This fact has not been disputed by the learned AGA.
Considering the facts that the co-accused has already been granted bail and the fire was opened by Dharvendra, I feel that a case of bail is made out.
Let accused applicant Karua alias Kalyan Singh be released on bail in case crime No.100 of 2010 under Sections 307, 504, 326 IPC of P.S. Fatehabad, District Agra on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
