1. Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.P. Singh Kachhawah, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
2. Present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned demand notice dated 15.07.2021 of Rs. 71,694/- passed by the respondent no.3 for Motor Vehicle No. U.P. 70 DT 2168 type Goods Carrier."
3. At the outset, learned Standing Counsel states that the controversy involved in the present petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in Writ Tax No. 544 of 2021, vide order dated 11.08.2021.
4. In view of the above statement, present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 11.08.2021 in Writ Tax No. 544 of 2021.
